Are the manufacturing plants you receive your products from free from the above allergens as well?

Yes, they are. We have worked really hard to hand select and source ingredients from only manufacturers that have the customer’s best interest and allergy concerns at heart.

On the packaging, eggs are listed as a recipe ingredient to make the mixes but you said they are egg free?

You are correct, eggs are listed as a wet ingredient on the recipe, however, you can use an egg replacement to create the mixes.

I don’t like Apple Cider Vinegar, can I leave it out of the recipe?

No, you can’t leave it out but you can substitute lemon juice. The Apple Cider Vinegar is necessary for the rising process to be successful but you won’t taste it at all.

How long are my mixes good for?

Check the date on the back of the bag for expiration. For best results, keep your sealed mix in the fridge or freezer. Once you’re ready to prepare your mix, remove the mix from the fridge/freezer and allow it to come up to room temperature before using (usually 2-3 hours).

Are your products certified organic?

No, they are not. We only purchase and use organic ingredients in Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics products but the expense for our products to become certified organic is too steep at this time.
