Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 ̊and grease a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  2. Zest and juice the lemon and add to a large bowl.
  3. Add in the remaining wet ingredients and combine well.
  4. Pour in the entire bag of Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics Coffee Cake Mix.
  5. Mix all the ingredients just to combine and pour the batter into the greased dish.
  6. If using the optional topping, place topping ingredients in a food processor and combine until just combined.
  7. Sprinkle optional topping onto batter then bake for 26-30 minutes.

Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 ̊and grease a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  2. Peel and chop the apples into small chunks and set aside
  3. In a large bowl add the wet ingredients and combine well.
  4. Pour in the entire bag of Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics Coffee Cake Mix and the cinnamon.
  5. Mix the ingredients just to combine then fold in the apples. Pour the batter into the greased dish.
  6. If using the optional topping, place topping ingredients in a food processor and combine.
  7. Sprinkle optional topping or cinnamon and sugar on top of the batter then bake for 28-30 minutes.
