Easy, Gluten Free, Vegan Brownies

My-easy-to-use, gluten-free, vegan, top 8 free (except coconut), Brownie Mix allows you to bake moist, chocolatey brownies in no time every time.

For those of us with food allergies, finding a gluten free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free, tree-nut-free (except coconut), plant-based, vegan, brownie recipe is super hard. Don’t worry. Ingredients and Instructions
In addition to my Brownie Mix, all you need are 4 basic ingredients. Actually three, if you don’t choose an add in. I always add chocolate chips to my brownies.
Unsweetened applesauce
Can of full fat coconut milk
Vanilla extract
Optional add ins: chocolate chips, seeds, nuts, dried fruit or coconut flakes
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and voila! Pour the batter into a 9X13 greased or parchment-lined baking pan and wait for the magic to happen.

Easy, Gluten Free, Vegan Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 Sweet Elizabeth's Organics Brownie Mix, love already included
- 1/4 cup applesauce, organic with no sugar added, please
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk, good fats
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract, the good stuff
- *Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, or coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine applesauce, coconut milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add 1 Sweet Elizabeth's Organics Brownie Mix to contents in bowl.
- Stir with a spatula, batter will be thick.
- Stir in optional add-ins, if using.
- Pour batter into a 9X13 baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 16-20 minutes until edges are done.

- Brownies will be soft when you remove them from the oven. Allow them to cool completely before slicing. For best results, refrigerate brownies for approximately two hours before slicing.
